If items are damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt/installation.
We will schedule an inspection by one of our service techs.
If required, we will swap the damaged items under manufacturer warranty or issue refund after damaged merchandize is received.

What would happen if I get an AC with more BTU than necessary?
The room will get cold faster but the Air Conditioner will not do it's job properly. The main job of an Air Conditioner is to remove the moisture from the air. If your Air Conditioner is oversized too much, it will cool the room but the air temperature will drop too quickly and will not remove the moisture from air. This will make feel cold and clammy. The extra moisture can cause mold and mildew to form. The compressor will keep cutting on and off which will shorten its life.
